2. Payments & Refunds
All fees are agreed upon in writing and are due upfront or as outlined in a payment plan. Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced.

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely feedback, access to ad accounts and CRMs, and to maintain ethical, compliant use of our tools and systems.

4. Confidentiality
We maintain confidentiality of all client data and expect the same in return. No proprietary strategies or automations may be copied or reused without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability
CliniCore AI is not liable for any direct or indirect loss of business, revenue, or patient volume. Results are influenced by multiple factors beyond our control.

6. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days’ written notice. Any pending payments must still be fulfilled.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Maryland, and any disputes will be resolved in its courts.
